Using OBST While Watching TV or Listening to Music

Optimum Bio Sound Therapy (OBST) is designed to be used in everyday settings—even while watching TV, listening to music, or engaging in conversation. However, for the therapy to be effective, the following setup requirements must be followed:

✅ Correct Setup Instructions

Wear Both Earbuds

Ensure that the battery pack with the light indicator is positioned on the left side of your head, with the cord going behind your neck. This is essential for proper signal alignment.

You must have both earbuds inserted for therapy to be delivered properly. OBST is administered through white noise rain sounds that play through the earbuds—not through the tablet speakers.

Tablet Volume Setting

Adjust the tablet volume settings so that the rain sounds are clearly audible in both ears.

Do not increase the volume unnecessarily—as long as the rain sound is audible, the therapy is being delivered. Louder volume does not enhance the effect.

External Sound Sources

Once you can hear the white noise rain sounds through the earbuds, you may increase the volume of your TV, music, or other external sounds to a comfortable level above the rain sound.

This allows you to enjoy your environment while continuing to receive uninterrupted therapy.

As long as the rain sounds are clearly audible in both earbuds, OBST is working correctly—regardless of what else you are listening to.
