Do I run the iOS software update?

If the iPad shows / prompts you that there is an iOS software update available, please DO NOT run / install this update, just ignore it.  If you do run the update, this will affect the delivery of the OptiRTP service. If you have run any iOS software updates, please contact us on info@optiRTP.com. You will need to send your iPad back to us to be reset. There will be a NZD95.00 + postage charge for this.
