How do I navigate the screens on an iPad?

iPads use gesture based navigation (gestures—tap, touch and swipe motions) to control and navigate. Below are instructions for navigating to the Home Screen on the iPad and locating the Optimum Bio Sound Therapy App. 

  1. Place your finger at the very bottom edge of the screen (below any icons or buttons).

  2. Swipe upward quickly in one smooth motion.

  3. This will return you to the Home Screen.

Tip: If nothing happens, make sure you’re starting from the edge of the screen, not the middle.


Additional Tips

  • Return to Home Screen from any app: Swipe up from the very bottom edge of the screen.

  • Switch between apps: Swipe left or right along the bottom edge of the screen.

  • View all open apps: Swipe up from the bottom edge and pause halfway up the screen until the app switcher appears.

How to Find and Open the OBST App

The Optimum Bio Sound Therapy App can be accessed from the Home Screen of the iPad. If you cannot see the Optimum Sound Therpay App, then you are on a different screen and will need to navigate back to the Home Screen. Follow the instructions above to return to the Home Screen. Once you're on the Home Screen, follow the below instruction:

Locate the App Icon

  1. On your Home Screens to look for the Optimum Bio app.

  2. Tap the icon once to open the app.
