How do I update my payment details?

Payment details can accessed and updated in the OptiRTP Payment Portal.
  1. Login to the OptiRTP Payment Portal using your user login by clicking the following link: OptiRTP Payment Portal. 
  2. Once logged in, scroll down the page to the My Details section and click on + Add Payment Method
  3. Enter the requested Payment Information, and click Update Card 
  4. Navigate to Menu and click on Subscriptions (the Menu is displayed on the left-hand side of the page on desktop. If using a mobile phone, select the three lines in the top left-hand corner to access the menu).
  5. Select the Subscription you would like to update. 
  6. Click on the circular button with three dots, and select Change Card from the dropdown options.
  7. You will see a list of your Available Card(s). Click the circular checkbox next to the card you would like to use as your Payment Method. 
  8. Click on Save to complete.
