How do I update my payment details?
Payment details can accessed and updated in the OptiRTP Payment Portal.
- Login to the OptRTP Payment Portal using your user login by clicking the following link: OptiRTP Payment Portal.
- Once logged in, scroll down the page to the My Details section and click on + Add Payment Method
- Enter the requested Payment Information, and click Update Card
- Navigate to Menu and click on Subscriptions (the Menu is displayed on the left-hand side of the page on desktop. If using a mobile phone, select the three lines in the top left-hand corner to access the menu).
- Select the Subscription you would like to update.
- Click on the circular button with three dots, and select Change Card from the dropdown options.
- You will see a list of your Available Card(s). Click the circular checkbox next to the card you would like to use as your Payment Method.
- Click on Save to complete.
