At this time, our system is set up to send subscriber communications only to the primary email address listed on your account. This includes onboarding instructions, billing updates, therapy usage reminders, and program news.
This approach is consistent with how most subscriber systems operate, ensuring clear and reliable communication through one designated point of contact.
If you’d like another person to receive your updates as well, we recommend setting up an auto-forwarding rule in your email account. This allows any messages from OptiRTP to be automatically forwarded to a second email address.
Most email providers (like Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail) have this feature available under Settings > Rules or Forwarding.
If you’d like a list of the email addresses our communications come from, we’re happy to provide that to make setup easier.
